What You Need:
- Coffee: 25gr (0.9oz) – Medium grind
- Water: 360ml (12.0oz)
- Coffee filter
V60 Pour Technique: Divide the 360ml (12oz) of water into 3 equal pours of 120ml (4oz):

Prepare the filter: Soak filter before adding coffee.

First Pour (Inicial soak -> 120ml (4oz)): Pour slowly in circular motions to saturate the coffee grounds completely. Let it soak for 30–45 seconds.

Second Pour (120ml (4oz) -> 240ml (8oz) total): Pour gently to keep the water level steady and extract sweetness.

Third Pour (120ml (4oz) -> 360ml (12oz) total): Finish pouring the remaining water and let it draw down completely.
Coffee Pot (Drip Coffee Maker)
What You Need:
- Coffee: 25g (0.9 oz) [5 Scoops] – Medium grind
- Water: 360ml (12 oz)
- Coffee filter
Instructions:

Prepare the filter: Place a paper filter in the brew basket.

Add coffee: Add 25g (0.9oz) [5 scoops] of medium-ground coffee into the filter and gently tap it to level.

Add water: Fill the coffee maker with 360ml (12oz) of water.
- Brew: Turn on the machine and let it complete the brew cycle.

Espresso Machine
What You Need:
- Coffee: 18g (0.6oz) – Fine grind
- Water: Yields ~36g (1.2oz) of liquid espresso
- Brew Time: 25-30 Seconds

Prepare the portafilter: Ensure the portafilter basket is clean and dry. Add 18g (0.6oz) of finely ground coffee.

Distribute and tamp: Evenly distribute the coffee bed and tamp firmly with even pressure to create a level coffee puck.

Purge the group head: Run a brief shot of hot water through the group head to stabilize the temperature and clear any old grounds.
- Brew: Lock the portafilter into place and start brewing immediately. Aim for 36g (1.2oz) of liquid espresso in 25 to 30 seconds.
